Whether it is a new building, an extension or a refurbishment and regardless of the procurement method, work is almost always affected by the proximity of the day-to-day business of the establishment.
Consequently, safety, liaison with the site occupants, considerate contracting and programming of work all require additional planning. Our Communications Officers become key team members, forming an additional link between us and other stakeholders involved in the project.
