Town and City centre redevelopment projects form a good fit with our core skills. The mixture of civil engineering and building work, the need for careful planning, considerate contracting and stakeholder engagement all sit well with our competences and ethos.
We have carried out major work in Winchester, Salisbury and Andover in recent years. Whilst the work is not usually technically demanding, stakeholder management is a key skill. Businesses, traffic and the general public will be inconvenienced but through good communication, careful planning and a considerate workforce, the disruption can be kept to a minimum.
