Whitehill & Bordon

Providing new infrastructure and amenity areas for one of the largest developments in the south of England.

Mildren Construction’s involvement at Whitehill and Bordon has been ongoing since 2017, providing new infrastructure and amenity areas for one of the largest developments in the south of England.

To date, Mildren has successfully completed works providing the external landscaping, roads and carparks including large buried attenuation systems, king post retaining walls, service corridors, lighting, CCTV and car charging equipment, foul and storm drainage.

The scheme has continued, to progress on time and to budget, under a design and build agreement with Whitehill and Bordon Regeneration Company (WBRC).
Following the success of the first phase, we are now completing works for the new upper and lower town squares which will be the heart of the new town centre development.

“This is an extremely satisfying project to be involved in from the start, WBRC is a great client and we have forged a fantastic collaborative working relationship and delivered some great work together. It is very rewarding to see the impact the scheme is beginning to have on the local area after 4 years of involvement.”

In addition to the works Mildren has carried out for WBRC, we have also been involved in 3 Hampshire County Council schemes in Bordon. The largest of the 3 schemes being the 2nd phase of the Bordon Relief Road.
