We have been awarded the “We Invest In People, Silver Accreditation”
Investors In People (IIP) visited Mildren between October 2019 and February 2020 to interview various team members and understand sentiment regarding Mildren’s level of investment in its people. After filling out various questionnaires and attending meetings, we are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the “We Invest In People, Silver Accreditation”. This is a fantastic achievement and something only 15% of the organisations IIP assess are awarded.
Commenting on the award, Chris Wingham, Mildren’s Chairman said “Mildren is proud to now hold the Silver Investors In People status. This is a globally recognised accreditation that demonstrates our commitment when it comes to investing in our most important assets, our people.”
