St James Industrial Estate Groundbreaking

Works are underway at St James Industrial Estate in Chichester to deliver 30 new units providing approximately 4448m2 (47877sq.ft.) of lettable space within five buildings. Demolition works have been completed with groundworks due to commence this week. Chris Wingham, Chairman of Mildren Construction said “We are delighted to renew our partnership with Chichester District Council following the contract award for the redevelopment of St James Industrial Estate. The new facilities will be sustainably built, energy-efficient employment space which will bring lasting benefit to the local economy.”
