Cladding completion at Walworth Business Park, Andover

The Mildren team are delighted to have reached the milestone mark in completion of cladding at our Walworth Business Park site in Andover this week. 

This design and build project involves construction of two new steel framed industrial units with mezzanine office space. Each unit consists of a large warehouse shell area with an office core, and with cladding now complete, the team are focused on finishing the internal areas. We are on target to complete in spring 2022.

An Excellent rated Considerate Constructors Scheme score of 42 / 45 was achieved in January 2022 so well done again to all involved.
