Flexible Office Space

Mildren Construction were employed under a JCT Design & Build contract to undertake the construction of this new purpose 6,000sq/ft office building at Lynch Lane in Weymouth. 

Situated over two-storeys, the shell of the building was completed in just 16 weeks, allowing fit-out works to commence at the earliest opportunity. 

Internal works included the creation of flexible office space ranging in size from 150sq/ft to 1,200sq/ft for the purposes of renting on short-terms agreements. Further works included new kitchen and ablution facilities. 

The entire project was completed in just 20 weeks, with office space being occupied immediately after possession was taken by the client.
