Warehouse refurbishment

Mildren Construction were contracted to undertake the complete refurbishment of this 1960’s built warehouse for Carlisle Fluid Technologies at their production facility in Poole.

Internally the building was stripped out, including the removal of all Mechanic and Electrical Installations. These were replaced with new, whilst further works included for the construction of new two story offices and ablutions. Whilst the main Warehouse received a newly screeded floor and complete redecoration.

Externally the works included for the removal of all cladding, old aluminium framed windows and a North Light roof system. These were replaced with new UPVC windows, an insulated cladding system and new North Light roof window system as well as a new roof covering.

This negotiated Design & Build Contract was completed in just sixteen weeks, allowing the client to move their new electronics production business into their new facility.
