Mildren are pleased to share news on procurement of 17 new construction plant vehicles comprising excavators, dumpers, rollers and tele-handlers. The fleet is capable of running on hydrogenated vegetable oil (HVO) which has a 90% reduction in CO2 compared with diesel-run vehicles.

We secured a two-year contract hire period with Morris Leslie, meaning the fleet remains modern, fuel efficient and well-serviced.

The new vehicles are currently being used at Portsmouth Naval Base, UKAEA and Chichester St James. Look out for one on a site near you soon!

Picture above shows Morris Leslie’s Simon Rose with Mildren’s Steve Withers.
