Mildren Construction were contracted by Glenbeigh Developments to undertake the construction of this new Business Park, which is the last available allocated land on the popular Ferndown Estate.

With planning consent for the creation of 405,000 sq/ft of floor space, this is largest single new employment site within the district. Works across this 28 acre development have included:

• Creation of a new entrance road into the Estate, including the provision of all utilities to the edge of each development plot, rain water and sewer connections.
• Major 278 Works connecting the new entrance road on to the main highway, including new four-way traffic signals and pedestrian crossing points.
• Earthworks and ground preparation of future development plots.
