Weymouths largest gym facility

Mildren Construction were contracted by DJ Property to undertake the complete strip out and refurbishment of Leanne House on the Granby Industrial Estate in Weymouth. Turning this former office building into a new fitness gym facility.

Our clients stipulated requirement was to ‘create a gym facility that would set a high standard and be recognised as the best facility of its kind in the area’.

Works included for complete M&E Fit Out, significant modifications to the internal layout, major dry lining and decoration package as well as new flooring throughout. Externally, new windows, doors and signage were also installed.

The Mildren Construction team delivered the completed gym, now known as Zone Fitness, with all equipment in place within a tight 14 week programme.
