Business park on the popular Ferndown estate
Situated opposite to the 2012 Olympic Sailing Centre, Phase 2 of this development consisted of two block buildings separated into eight individual units ranging in size from 1500-5000 sq/feet.
Working as the Main Contractor on this design andbuild project, Mildren Construction were responsible for undertaking the full planning application process, with all designs being produced by our own in-house team.
The units were assigned B1 & B8 trade counter uses, with the project being completed in just 22 weeks.
