Mildren Construction had been employed as the Main Contractor under a Design and Build Contract at the Link Park development for all three phases.
As Weymouth’s newest business park, the project has involved major 278 works, bringing all service utilities into the site along the Chickerell Link Road, as well as the creation of a new entrance road into the estate and parking for over 150 cars.
- Phase one – 6no units, B1 & B8 use combined 25,000 sq/ft floor space
- Phase two – 7no units, B1 & B8 use combined 15,000 sq/ft floor space
- Phase three – 8,000 sq/ft veterinary surgery including mezzanine floor & 10no units, B1 & B8 use combined 23,000 sq/ft floor space.
