The third project at Adanac Trade Park has been successfully completed, marking another milestone in the development of the site.

Adanac Trade Park has been the site of ongoing development. The AP6 development consists of three separate terraces, accommodating 21 industrial
units within a total gross internal area (GIA) of approximately 161,000 sq ft. The project included a diverse office content ranging from 15% to 43%,
ensuring flexibility for various business operations.

The 21 high-quality Industrial and Trade Counter Units with planning allow for B1 (light Industrial), B2 (General Industrial) and B8 (Warehousing & Trade Counter) uses.
