The fourth project at Adanac Trade Park has been successfully completed, marking another milestone in the development of the site.
This project saw the design and construction of a steel framed, 107,747 sq. ft facility, featuring a two-storey office building alongside a single-storey technical facility, seamlessly connected by a two-storey atrium.
Beyond the main structures, the development incorporated comprehensive site enhancements, including parking, access roads, and landscaping to support functionality and accessibility.
Mildren Building Services delivered the mains distribution, including LV sub mains and feeder pillars, as well as internal and external lighting. Final commissioning, testing, and certification ensured everything was fully operational and ready to go.
