Project Update – Langstone Technology Park

We’re proud to share that the Mildren team, alongside our fantastic supply chain, have reached another key milestone at Unit 5.

Recent works include:
▪️Final slab poured
▪️White wall to the first floor complete
▪️External wall & roof cladding substantially finished
▪️Entrance canopy steels installed
▪️PV renewables now in place

With the weather on side, external works have also begun, including the service yard and permeable parking areas which are progressing well.
