Project Overview
This development is progressing in two phases: Facilitating Works; enhancements to the Coty Distribution site, including a relocated car park with EV charging points, an expanded service yard, and a new security/driver’s lodge. Main Development Works; construction of six industrial and warehousing units featuring office space, parking, service yards, and landscaping, fencing, refuse, and cycle storage.
