Award Winning AP6 & Greggs Drive-Thru

What a night!

We are thrilled to share that our project AP6 & Greggs Drive-Thru was named Commercial Development of the Year at the South Coast Property Awards.

Our partnership at Adanac Trade Park began in 2020 initially with AP2, a 142k sq. ft project. As this project progressed and our team relationships solidified, we began planning the next phase: the Swatch Office facility followed by AP6 and the now recently completed AP3

This recognition celebrates not just the finished buildings, but the vision, collaboration, and resilience it took to get there. We are incredibly proud of what we built! From concept to completion, teamwork transformed ambition into results.
