AP3 Completes!

This project involved the design and build of a steel-framed, 107,747 sq ft shell consisting of a two-storey office building and a single-storey technical facility, linked by a two-storey atrium. The project scope extended beyond the main structures, incorporating comprehensive site development to accommodate parking, access roads, and landscaping.

This project provided hands-on training opportunities for trainees and apprentices, integrating them into real-world construction environments. Apprentices gained exposure across multiple trades, participating in various phases of the project to develop their skills.

• The initiative contributed to workforce development by nurturing future industry professionals in construction, engineering, and technical disciplines.

Mildren Building Services delivered the mains distribution, including LV sub mains and feeder pillars, as well as internal and external lighting. Final commissioning, testing, and certification ensured everything was fully operational and ready to go.

The completed facility successfully delivered a functional, sustainable, and well-integrated workspace, fostering collaboration and innovation within the office and technical areas.
