14 new units at Forge Wood project progressing well

Mildren Construction were appointed by Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes to complete the shell and core for the new Forge Wood project which is delivering 14 industrial units to attract new businesses and provide vital space for those who are looking for space in the area.

The project is progressing well and the steel frame has just been completed. The scheme is forecasted to be completed in Spring 2021 when units will be available to rent.
